Age Restriction Notice: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law. p5666 will immediately terminate any account where underage gambling is suspected and will report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on p5666. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.
3. Account Responsibilities
Upon successful registration, you become the sole authorised user of your p5666 account. The following obligations and responsibilities apply to all registered members at all times:
3.1 Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends. p5666 will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
3.2 Unauthorised Access
You must notify p5666 immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. p5666 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or to notify us promptly of a suspected breach.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You are required to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. 3.4 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a consecutive period of 12 months. p5666 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts after this period, subject to prior notification to the email address registered on the account. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed without further notice.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account in real time for digital wallet methods and within standard banking settlement times for bank transfer methods.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. p5666 does not charge any fee for processing deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which p5666 accepts no responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your verified p5666 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

- All bonuses are available to members aged 21 years and above only.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unmet bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period and are forfeited without compensation.
- Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

- Each promotion is limited to one redemption per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Misrepresentation of your identity or the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud. p5666 will terminate all affected accounts, withhold all balances, and reserves the right to pursue recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds through legal channels.
6. Gameplay Rules

- All bets must be placed and confirmed before the close of the relevant betting window. Bets placed after the deadline, whether due to technical issues or user error, shall be void.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p5666 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, harvest data, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's pricing, game logic, or payment systems. Any member who discovers such an error must report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it.

- Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

12. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team, provided that you have no outstanding wagering requirements, active bets, or pending withdrawal requests. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeline.
p5666 may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Conduct that p5666 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
- Account inactivity as described in Section 3.4.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting p5666's support team at the email address in Section 15. p5666 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
14. Amendments to These Terms
p5666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the p5666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
